Here at Frank’s we love the traditional foods from Italy and Sicily and every time I return from there I am inspired at all the new concepts and trends. It is wonderful to see how Italy continues to be one of the leading countries in the culinary world and how they continue to set the bar. At Frank’s we try to bring a bit of the “Old World” and the “New” together. By sticking to traditional methods and incorporating new recipes we create a fusion of taste and excitement.
